Membership: The Beginning

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Dreamy Looks by Kara Education ("the Company") and the above-named Member ("the Member"). 

 

1. Membership Access

The Beginning is an online educational membership designed to provide ongoing bridal hair education through video lessons, downloadable resources, templates, worksheets, community support and monthly educational content.

Membership access begins immediately upon successful payment.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All course content, videos, downloads, templates, workbooks, PDFs, images, graphics and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Dreamy Looks by Kara Education.

By purchasing this membership, you agree that you will not:

  • Copy or reproduce any course material.

  • Share your login details.

  • Upload lessons to social media or other platforms.

  • Record, download or distribute videos.

  • Sell, teach or reproduce any content as your own.

  • Provide access to anyone who has not purchased the membership.

Unauthorised distribution or reproduction of course material may result in immediate termination of your membership and legal action where applicable.

3. Confidentiality

If the membership includes a private community, live coaching or group discussions, all members agree to respect the privacy of others.

Personal stories, business information and conversations shared within the community must remain confidential.

4. Membership Fees

Membership Options

Monthly Membership
 $127 AUD per month

Annual Membership
 $997 AUD annually (special launch pricing)

Payments are automatically processed using your selected payment method.

5. Cancellation

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which access will automatically end.

No further payments will be charged once your cancellation has been processed.

Annual memberships are non-refundable once payment has been made.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

Membership fees are processed automatically using your nominated payment method.

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, access to The Beginning may be temporarily suspended until your account is brought up to date.

As members receive immediate access to digital educational content, videos, downloadable resources, templates and workbooks upon purchase, all payments are final and non-refundable. Please ensure this membership is the right fit for you before completing your purchase.

7. Ongoing Content

The Beginning is a growing membership.

New educational content may be added regularly based on industry trends, member requests and new teaching opportunities.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify or replace educational content to ensure the membership remains current and valuable.

8. Member Responsibilities

By joining, you agree to:

  • Complete the membership for your own personal education.

  • Respect other members.

  • Participate professionally within the community.

  • Use the education ethically within your own business.

  • Maintain confidentiality where required.

9. Results Disclaimer

Every student is different.

While this membership is designed to help improve your confidence, consultation skills, bridal hairstyling knowledge and understanding of hair, individual results will vary depending on your experience, practice and implementation.

No guarantees are made regarding income, bookings or business growth.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company accepts no responsibility for injury, damage or loss arising from the implementation of techniques taught within the membership.

Members are responsible for using professional judgement, maintaining appropriate insurance and complying with all relevant health, safety and industry regulations.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Company and the Member.

By ticking the Terms & Conditions checkbox during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Membership Agreement.

AI & Content Usage

Members may not upload any videos, PDFs, workbooks, templates or lessons from The Beginning into AI software, language models or other third-party platforms for reproduction, summarisation or redistribution without prior written permission from Dreamy Looks by Kara Education.
